Location great with easy access to highway and back way north into and beyond town. Friendly, efficient, professional staff. The manager -- Manny -- has been above and beyond helpful!!! I left my favorite poncho in my room. Juan answered when I called...found it in laundry and Manny is returning it to me. I am VERY GRATEFUL!!!

The location was fine…. (But so is every other hotel and motel in Carlsbad). We were visiting the national park and this offered a place to stay for the night. There is someone living in a camper right outside though. Made sure I locked my doors 3-4 times.

Overall good stay for being in and out of the room. It was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel was nice. Had a room by parking lot, heard a lot of car coming in and out. Room seemed clean but did find someone else’s sock behind a chair.
